Working with children and families has been a passion of my work. Walking alongside children impacted by abuse, violence, divorce and life challenges has been an honor. The name Seeds for Change Counseling was created to honor the missions of supporting clients by planting seeds. Through nurturance, love, personal growth and acceptance, these seeds will grow into what each child needs to continue their life journey.

​I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist. I am also an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor, MN Board Approved Supervisor and Play Therapy supervisor.
