Rachel Riedesel

I found the passion for making a difference in healthcare after my grandparent’s negative experience having to navigate the healthcare continuum. My background includes overseeing operations and strategy in skilled nursing facilities, large integrated health systems, and healthcare startups. Forest Lake and the surrounding areas are special to me as it’s close to my hometown and I grew up loving to spend the summer on the lake. I am looking forward to being embedded and give back to the Forest Lake community. I am determined and dedicated to ensuring the Forest Lake community is provided the most compassionate and comprehensive in-home care.
