Welcome to Lake Area Women in Business (LAWIB), where we believe in creating a space for our members to flourish and grow within a supportive community of women. Founded in 2010 by a group of visionary businesswomen, LAWIB is dedicated to connecting, empowering, and cultivating growth for women in business.

Guests are welcome to join us at all of our morning and evening meetings! Your first meeting is complimentary. Subsequent meetings are $15 each.

Our morning meetings spark energy and connection, with 1-minute commercials and vibrant discussions on relevant business topics. In this interactive setting, we encourage active participation and knowledge-sharing, fostering deeper connections and referrals among attendees. Please note: Each member is responsible for their own breakfast and beverage orders. No purchase necessary to attend.

5PM Networking, 5:30PM meeting
Stella's on 97, Forest Lake
Join us for an enriching evening of networking and learning! At 5:00 PM, kick off with open networking and light appetizers. Then, at 5:30 PM, dive into our meeting, featuring 1-minute commercials from all attendees and sponsor spotlights. Hear from two members as they highlight their businesses, followed by an insightful speaker addressing relevant business topics. Feel free to order dinner and drinks at your leisure. See you there!
